DOT Physicals for $75.00
The DOT physical all starts with you completing your health history which we will review together. We will then perform an eye chart screening, blood pressure, pulse check as well as a urine sample test and a physical as part of your truck driver exam.
Along the way if you have questions or concerns please let us know we are here to provide you with highest standards of care.
If have already had an eye exam performed by your own personal eye doctor please provide a copy of the results when you arrive at the office as well as any additional documents to streamline your evaluation.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requires that all CDL holders use a provider listed on the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. Dr. Popowich, FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner, thoughtfully approaches each exam and each driver’s occupational needs. Just off exit 11 I-84 in Newtown, with plenty of parking for your vehicle.
